Hello!
Are you tired of screaming at your kids? Do you feel as if no one ever hears you? Is your marriage in the pits? Do you find yourself on the "outs" with your parents, co-workers or friends? If your answer is YES to any of these questions I know exactly how you feel! I spent much of my life angry and frustrated with the world. That's because I didn't honor the "real" me. I had a negative belief that told me I had to be the perfect mother, spouse and friend to receive love. In my mind that meant I had to deny who I really am. As a result, I didn't speak from my heart, say what I need, or follow my dreams. It was this self-denial that caused my anger, resentment and blame. I didn't love and honor myself, therefore it was REALLY hard for me to love and honor anyone else. I didn't like the example I was setting and knew that it was time to heal my life. It was time to stop the cycle of judgment, blame and self-hate. And now it's time for you to do the same!
Every situation and relationship in your life, whether good or bad, is a gift. It's an opportunity to get in touch with the "real" you. The "real" you is one of happiness, abundance and love. That is your natural birthright. Negative beliefs taken on throughout your lifetime tell you otherwise. This negative programming affects every aspect of your life and tells you that you're not worthy of love simply by being you. It's time to let it all go.
Let me share the tools that helped heal my life. You will discover the unique, wonderful you. And in honoring the "real" you, you will create a magnificent life! You're going to feel soooooo good! And the beautiful thing about it is that the people you care about the most will love the changes, too.
